The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, from Kaylyn and Jessica helping with all the financial aspects of my dental care all the way to Dr. Shah, the staff is amazing. Trina and Jaemarcus are so patient and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time while explaining exactly what’s happening to help ease your worry. I had to have an emergency root canal and crown and Dr. Shah worked with Erik to make sure we had a perfect color match and even went as far as driving all over town to make sure they had the correct color. Kaylyn not only helped with the financial aspects but also helped track down Dr. Patel and get me squeezed in for a same day root canal. Veronica is the absolute best dental hygienist I’ve ever had and she is amazing at her job. I’ve never been a huge fan of the dentist but the staff at Cypress Dentistry help make the dental experience more enjoyable because they take your care to heart.
